End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and DidIt App ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the DidIt App ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the App are owned by DidIt App. This Agreement does not transfer any rights, title, or interest in the App to you.

Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DidIt App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
